Syracuse University Student Association on Terrorism and Security Analysis visits 174th Fighter Wing for a tour of the installation. They received a security briefing from the Senior Intelligence Officer. They also viewed the MQ-9 Reaper and the Ground Control Station. The final stop on the tour was to see the refurbished aircraft, the first of which was dedicated for the soon-to-be established Heritage Air Park on Hancock Field Air National Guard Base. The 174 Operations Support Flight
The 174 Operations Support Flight was first worn on June 14th 2010. The Torch in the middle of the patch symbolizes Lady Liberty's torch lighting the way for the Wing and the 138th Attack Squadron. The symbols are fixed on a background that symbolizes an aircraft attitude indicator with the blue side up...Flying Right. The Latin phrase Iunctus Viribus translates - "By United Efforts"
