Scout performs Eagle Service Project on Hancock Field

Michael Pizzarri, a member of Scout Troop 220, Syracuse, and 174th Fighter Wing Commander,Col. Kevin W. Bradley, stands at the Bldg 174th cooling pond. The Eagle Scout candidate performed his Eagle Service Project on Hancock Field by planting 230 shrubs around the pond to mitigate goose populating the pond.
