Hometown Heroes Salute Program at Hancock Field ANGB, Syracuse, NY.

The Hometown Heroes Salute was held at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base, Syracuse, NY on Saturday the 3rd of October to recognize all unit members who have deployed for more than 30 days since September 11th 2001. More than 600 members of the New York Air National Guard were recognized for their service for deploying in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom (operations in Afghanistan).
