Dutch Military Visit New York Air National Guard

U.S. Air Force Col. John M. Balbierer, 174th Fighter Wing Maintenance Group Commander, demonstrates the capabilities of the MQ-9 remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) to distinguished visitors from the Dutch military during a visit to Hancock Field Air National Guard Base, Syracuse, NY, on June 7, 2011. The Netherlands military contingent was visiting the base to better understand the MQ-9 mission and the process for converting to RPAs.
