Harvey Van Wie (back right) held 5 November 2011 at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base, Syracuse, NY. Col. Van Wie reached the rank of Senior Master Sgt. in the 174th Fighter Wing before becoming a commissioned officer. His last job with the wing was as Mission Support Group commander.
