Dr. Scott Vinciguerra, Director, Columbia College at Hancock Field in Syracuse NY, works on his daily task. Dr. Vinciguerra assumed the responsibility as the Director of Columbia College for Hancock Field on August 15th. During this time he was fully engaged with base and higher headquarters leadership in securing the future of Columbia College on Hancock Field, while developing the core principles of academic excellence, customer service, community engagement and communication.
