Maj Gen Robert A. Knauff, NY Air National Guard Commander was on hand to award the bronze star to Lt. Col. Kurt R. Larson, 174th Fighter Wing RC-26B Counterdrug Program Manager during a ceremony on Sunday the fourth of May at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base .
