Hancock Field member competes in marksman competition
Hancock Field Air National Guard Base, Syracuse, New York --
Senior Airman Matthew Rossen, member of the 274th Air Support Operation Squadron, has been chosen to represent the 174th Attack Wing in the Multi-National Military Marksman Competition.
The Competition will be held in South Africa and consists of members from the Army and Air National Guard.
"He's a good airman and this is a great opportunity for him to represent the wing on a national stage," said Lt. Col. Patrick Cox, 274th ASOS Commander.
This is the first time that a member from the 274th ASOS has been chosen to represent the wing in a national competition with a state partnership.
